Thanks to this technology, PRIMA can heat the water quickly and ensure high performance while improving energy efficiency. Although the boilers are small in volume, they are thermally insulated and protected by an innovative material that prevents energy waste. The process is efficient, simple and intuitive: all that needs to be programmed is the temperature via the VICTORIA ARDUINO app, and the machine's electronic system will do the rest, maintaining temperature stability during the entire extraction phase.

Unlike other machines in its category that have manual steam handles, PRIMA is equipped with an electronic handle. The Steam-by-Wire system allows significant control over the steam extraction with a pressure of up to 2.5 bar (standard is 2.1) and a high power/speed ratio. The machine guarantees the production of higher quality dry and saturated steam that allows you to prepare excellent milk cream at high speed. For example, a pressure of 2 bar heats 250 grams of milk (equivalent to two cappuccinos) in less than 18 seconds.
